Our Process (For Clients)

How we onboard you and match you with the right home care professional

Happy Family Portrait

Step 1: You Reach Out

You contact us through WhatsApp, a call, or a direct message.

We acknowledge your message promptly and let you know we’ll ask a few questions to understand what you need.

Step 4: Agreement & Confirmation

Once everything is clear:

  • We send an invoice

  • Agreements are signed

  • Payment is made

  • Your service is confirmed

Step 2: We Get to Know Your Needs

Based on your answers, we recommend one clear service option and explain how it works—scope, schedule, replacements, and billing.

The goal is clarity and fit.

Step 5: Matching & Start of Service

We match you with a suitable home care professional within 72 hours (maximum).

We introduce the staff member, confirm your start date, and service begins.

Step 3:  We Share Your Package and Pricing

Once everything is clear, we send your package and pricing details.

What You Can Expect

We believe clear communication and transparent pricing are part of good service. Here’s what you should know before getting started:

  • Live-in and live-out staff are available, depending on your home’s needs and the service you choose.

  • Choose the level of support that works for you. With our Monthly Management Option, we continue to manage your staff after placement. This includes regular check-ins, performance follow-up, support with staff concerns, guidance on expectations, and help with keeping the working relationship on track. We take on the day-to-day responsibility of managing your home support staff, so you can spend less time handling staff matters and more time focused on your family, work, and other priorities.

  • With our Direct Placement Option, we manage the staff during the first month to help both sides settle into the arrangement. After the first month, you take over the staff’s day-to-day management.

  • Service hours are agreed before placement. If you require your staff to work beyond the agreed hours, additional-hour charges will apply.

  • Live-in staff are entitled to one weekend off every month. This is planned in advance to allow for proper arrangements in your home.

  • Sundays are excluded from regular service schedules and are only available by prior agreement.

  • Roles are clearly defined to protect your home, set fair expectations, and ensure staff understand their responsibilities.

  • All applicable fees are communicated upfront. There are no hidden charges. Any additional service or charge will be discussed with you before it is added.

How We Screen and Verify Our Staff

Your safety and peace of mind matter deeply to us.

Before anyone is assigned to a home, they go through a thorough screening process, which includes:

  • Identity and health confirmation

  • Background and reference checks

  • Skill and experience assessment

  • Training based on their role

We only work with professionals who meet our standards for reliability, conduct, and care.
