Yes. All staff are carefully screened and assessed before being assigned to any home. We also carry out medical and legal checks before hiring and adding them to our staff pool.
We take concerns seriously and address them promptly. Our staff replacement policy is shared with all clients before any agreement or payment is made. Where applicable, staff may be replaced and fees refunded in line with this policy.
Yes. Our services are offered on a monthly subscription, which we explain clearly before you confirm. You only pay for what you need, when you need it—and you’re free to cancel at any time.
Once matching is complete, we introduce the staff member and confirm your start date.
