Step 4: We match you to the right home
When a suitable home is available, we match you based on role, schedule, and fit—not randomly.
Step 2: We assess & screen
Shortlisted applicants go through interviews and practical assessments to confirm readiness, attitude, and professionalism.
Step 5: Placement begins
You’re introduced properly, expectations are explained, and work begins with clarity on both sides.
Step 3: Verification & approval
Approved applicants complete our standard verification process.
After that, you’ll receive training on professionalism, work ethics, communication, and emotional intelligence, then be added to our talent pool.

How much will you earn?
Our staff earn over ₦40,000–₦70,000 per month, depending on the role and placement. In some cases, you can earn an extra ₦30,000–₦40,000 when clients request extra services.
Clear work duties
We make sure your job is clear from the start.

A nanny is hired only to care for children.

A maid or cleaner is hired only for home cleaning and related duties.
Clients are informed of this clearly, so you are not asked to do work outside your role.
Work hours
Normal work hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm. If a client asks for extra hours, those hours are paid separately. We encourage rest and family time, especially on weekends

Nannies And Home Assistants: 4 - 5 days a week (7:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Cleaners: 1- 2 days a week (time dependent on client)
